What is Superlab?
Superlab Engineering is a non-profit. We have two main activities:
- We manage BridgeCity: a temporary occupation space bringing together makers, engineers, musicians, and artists.
- We build projects and consulting to help companies prototype, industrialize and automate: from basic mechanics to robotics to AI.
We transform industrial spaces into shared environments for creation, experimentation, and collaboration.
What we do ?

We worked on all sorts of projects from industrial repairs to white room biological production. You know about the famous start-up in a garage story?
Well Superlab is that garage!
What We Host
We offer space to members of all kind if they are ready to share & collaborate.

- 🎸 Rehearsal and creation spaces for musicians
- 🎨 Studios for visual artists and designers
We have hosted Doctors without Borders, dance studios, boxing studios, …

Why the name “Superlab Engineering” then ?
Because we believe that Belgium needs to re-industrialize. Because we believe Brussels needs to re-industrialize.
And to do so, we need a lab to experiment and help everyone to join us in this endeavour.
It is a big challenge, so we need a SUPER lab.
We guide the people and help understand and run the machines.
We need engineers to work as engineers !

We believe in reclaiming unused urban spaces and turning them into engines of culture, technology, and community. Superlab encourages unexpected encounters between disciplines and supports independent creation.
